Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to make intangible, complicated processes tangible. Mapping and designing workflow with Miro is easier and faster than any other tool I've used. I also use Miro as a brainstorming tool for larger groups working towards a better future.
  • Process Mapping
  • Collaboration
  • Ease of use and training
  • Sharing amongst team members
  • Charts have limited functionality
  • Shapes can not be hyperlinks
  • Formatting within shapes
  • No commute for virtual employees
  • Creativity in a system/non-tangible space
  • Project development
Just like that we can involve our virtual and on-site employees. It's easy to teach newcomers how to use Miro so we don't waste time during brainstorming and process development cycles, both are necessary for growth but take valuable time away from production. Miro helps as we close the perceived professional gap between those who work in the cloud and those who produces product.

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is so much easier to use with a mouse and keyboard. It is easier to create impactful diagrams and track tasks than any other product on the list. I can move faster and teach people to use the tool faster than any other option. Adding and connecting pics/screenshots is easy and adds a lot of value to any project I'm working on.
Collaborative brainstorming - When you have a "room" of people across the country that need to have their opinions and ideas exchanged equally and visually. Sticky notes are the easiest to teach non-Miro users - anyone can add their idea and drag it into the appropriate chart area. Process mapping - easy to create a starting shape and then the next appropriate shapes quickly so that I can scribe what someone is narrating accurately. Copy + Paste - I love that when you paste something, it goes right where the cursor is.
