Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro has been very beneficial for our day to day usage. We primarily use Miro to create product development workflows and to have a collaborated approach on determining key workflows and design ideas. Additionally, we use it as a content and data visualization platform. This makes our entire workflow much more effective and efficient. Also, the centralized approach provided by Miro, by connecting all third party applications, saves a lot of time and effort for us.
- Miro has a very good set of inbuilt templates that we can use
- Real time collaboration is extremely simple and easy with Miro
- The talktrack feature allows us to capture good insights on the go
- Miro allows the addition of sticky notes and annotations which is very much helpful
- Miro has sub-par Tag management capabilities which needs to be looked into
- Switching from the pen drawing tool to the pencil or another tool is glitchy sometimes
- Miro has very minimal to zero offline support capabilities
- Miro integrates smoothly with other applications thereby reducing our overall operational costs
- We have had improved collaboration in strategy and results which has increased our overall working efficiency
- With ready made customizable templates available, we save a lot of time and effort with Miro
With the help of Miro, we are now able to easily collaborate with our team members who work remotely. New product designs and new project ideas are now easily circulated among the team and it is discussed with ease. With the ability to annotate and with the Talktrack feature of Miro, we are easily able to arrive at a consensus on new ideas and designs
