Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro in a way to help my clients visualize their email marketing strategy. I map out different flows and processes based on the type of customer and the products they use. Miro has allowed me to easily present my strategy to my clients and help them visualize the benefits to the strategy.

For example, one of my clients sells 3 different products. I create a flowchart for each product that tells the journey the customer goes through to improve conversion.

  • I wish I can save custom templates since I use similar layout for all my clients.
  • Some boards are very slow to load because of how much information is in it.

  • Miro helped me improve productivity because i'm a very visual person.
  • Miro helped improve my presentation skills because my clients love the interactive functionality.
  • I work so much faster with Miro, giving me additional free time to do other tasks.
Miro has made my work much easier and efficient. I work with several clients and they love when I open Miro to present my strategy or recommendations. The feedback i've gotten from my clients is that they love how interactive and visual my presentations are - they can better understand their strategy and end goals. They also like how everything is live. When I map out a strategy for them, we can change it live while i'm presenting.

Fibery has so much more limitations compared to Miro. Their interface is feels very out-dated compared to Miro. It's also pricier than Miro.
Miro is very easy to use and organized. They have great features like drag and drop which allows me to speed up my though process when i'm strategizing. Miro has also made it very easy to visualize anything and everything. I used to create whiteboards through photoshop/illustrator which is not reliable at all. Having a program that specifically focuses on whiteboard technology is a WIN-WIN.

Pricing has also affected my purchase decision. It's collaborative functionality did as well.
