Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used as a digital whiteboard for analyzing and presenting projects in real time with different work project developers. Thanks to it it is possible to work even between people who are physically distant by reading and modifying the contents of the whiteboard in real time. The mapping of work processes and any marketing strategies becomes simple and immediate.

It had a big impact, improving the work experience of all stakeholders but also with the supplier-customer relationship. allowing less clear aspects on both sides to be resolved in real time and optimizing development times. Furthermore, it allowed for an improvement in customer satisfaction who was able to obtain exactly what they expected from our company.

Creation of a meeting with the entire staff of a software project, including the end customer who was able to see the design phases and subsequent development of the project in the presentation on the digital whiteboard. The various authors of the project with their own skills were able to interact with the other elements as well as with the final customer, arranging and improving the particularities of the project.
