Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I am a machine learning engineer and have been working for 2 years. Meanwhile, I got opportunities to work on a couple of projects. Some projects were easy peasy to understand and some projects were complex enough to understand For example, I have worked with complex projects that had many modules for example admin, buyer, and seller so workflow becomes complex. It's easy for me to understand workflow but the rest of the members of my team did not have domain knowledge so they didn't work properly and took more time to adjust to the project. So, I was finding a tool so I could help them to understand there were pen and paper but I wanted to go with digital because it remains and can share with anyone and anywhere. So I found Miro for the most suitable for our case across the many products. It is an easy and helpful tool I have ever found for the same case. Using this I helped my team to keep all in the same patch, using I could make a beautiful flow diagram that also became easy to understand for an outsider who had not been part of the project.
  • User experience is good
  • User-friendly
  • Shareable on many platforms
  • can share real time changes with members
  • project task mapping
  • project management
  • add more shapes for project flow
  • it can make some more improvements to make platform beginner friendly
  • they should provide documentation for the features
  • Collaboration: We now spend less time to share the domain knowledge and share diagram manually as Miro already provides good options.
  • Efficiency: Our efficiency has been increased almost double compare to now.
  • Time: It saves less time to planning our workflows.
We have integrated Miro with other project management tools and business tools and mostly it only takes a few minutes to integrate. It's really quick to integrate Miro with other tools. We integrated with Teams, Microsoft 365, jira, slideshow, Google Drive, dropbox adobe XD, Google Images, and Atlassian and also used Miro API for the integration.
We were struggling to collaborate on different projects especially when our team had to work remotely. We were trying to get a solution where all the members of a team and also from another team could collaborate on project planning and roadmap designing. After introducing Miro to our team members, it has become really easy to work, share, and collaborate on projects even with remote teams.

I have tried draw.io, lucid chart, and Miro for drawing flow diagrams. The user experience of the Miro over the other products is really amazing and more user-friendly than both. The features of Miro are way better than the others. Easily shareable with multiple platforms and has plenty of shapes and features to use for project management. There are plenty of integrations.
Hugging Face, OpenAI API, Splunk Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
We can use this in many scenarios, It can be helpful either with a small team or a large team. We can use this in university-level projects to showcase the flow of the project. Using this we can make intuitive roadmaps, project management roadmaps, operations mappings, and lots of other use cases. When working team we are able to collaborate with different teams with awsome features provided by Miro
