Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We have being using to define our business strategy. Using the tools as an online collaboration tool during online meetings (global coverage). Lately also being use for business workflows designs.
  • See what others are doing
  • Move all participants to a particular place on request
  • One single version of the truth
  • Good amount of shapes to draw the boards
  • Multiple boards open at the same time
  • Moving and editing shapes/text. It is not that easy and sometimes you move things you didn't want to.
  • Desktop version takes a long time to open and uses a lot of (graphical) resources on my computer.
  • Move objects back and forward
  • Insert pictures is not easy
  • Exporting boards to other documents not easy for big boards
  • Reduce travel needs / in-person meetings
  • Improve team efficiency
  • Increase collaboration
  • Help to draft fresh ideas
Not at this point
Creating a board is easy, adding people to the team too. Getting access and logging in to the tools is sometimes tricky and people need help (SSO)
Very positive. Helps to have people "connected" to the meeting. Everyone is doing instead of passively just seeing

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Mural has less features but is easier to start from scratch, connect people for a fast exercise, etc.
You need a single place to document a team effort. Your team is not at the same location and you need to work remotely and collaboratively.

Using Miro

  • Strategy design and communication
  • Mind maps for brainstorming sessions
  • Execute workshops with customers
