Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Running workshops for team-building purposes and solving problems—basic Training platform for IT tools and methods—planning projects (with integration of Jira cards)—project management: collecting information with one central location, basic task Management, Asynchronous communication with staff in a different time zone.
- Interface to other IT-Tools (Jira, Google,...)
- Unlimited space in the whiteboard.
- Continuous adding features.
- Training/what's new sessions to lean Miro.
- Managing frame templates (colors and style).
- Managing objects in total (visibility, locking).
- Managing video calls (to see all participants and the Miro Board.
- Presentation notes for talktrack is missing.
- Better (international) collaboration.
- Higher productivity for projects as everything is in one place.
- Faster onboarding on new colleagues in a project.
Miro helped us work internationally without traveling to other countries during COVID-19. It even helped us connect with colleagues without knowing them personally. Even the on-site workshop helped to increase efficiency (easier preparation, better possibilities during the workshop, less effort in the wrap-up).
Miro has many more features than Jamboard. The Jamboard is very limited for collaboration.
