Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro in team problem-solving or listening sessions. The scope of the problems that we address covers a team, a region, or the US business. We have used it for everything from the root cause of quality issues to strategy for the year.
  • I like the broad variety of templates
  • The ability to embed into Teams
  • The intuitive nature of the tools
  • I would like to have more explanation of the AI features
  • The search function in the Miroverse is lacking
  • I would like to see it easily bring copied and pasted items into one size ratio
  • Miro has improved team capability to think out of the box
  • Miro has supported problem solving to happen faster than without tools
We could have had planned tutorials or facilitation tips
It has allowed teams from different parts of the organization to come together in an unbiased way

It is great for listening sessions and collaboration, I would not use it for meetings where I need people to be engage in conversation, the visual can be distrating
