Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for so many different things. We use it to collaborate in meetings, brainstorm ideas, deliver presentations, ideate designs, and so much more.

We can use it live together on video calls or we can use it asynchronously, which is a huge benefit. Being able to get team members from around the globe to contribute to the same board is great for us to stay connected and gather information regardless of what time zones across.

We also use the Talk Track feature a lot. This allows us to deliver news and information across the team without having to get everyone on a call, which can be tricky as a globally spread team.

Miro is always rolling out new features so there's always something cool to try out and make use of.

  • Team collaboration is easy
  • Allows you to design visually appealing content quickly
  • Integrate content from Google Workspace
  • Embed video content (either a link or an MP4 file)
  • Folder structure is confusing to navigate and organise
  • Integrate with Spotify so we can choose any music
  • We don't need to have as many in person meetings to get idea and feedback from stakeholders
  • We can connect and have fun with games in meetings with our team
  • Reduces time spent in complex design tools
Works well with Google Workspace products and files.
We can collaborate with ease and at pace across locations and timezones. It allows us to have more time for getting work done, and spend less time organising meetings.

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Great for team collaboration across timezones and locations. Can be used to get work done, do connection activities, presentations, and ideate for graphic design work.

I use it to do the first round of brain storming and mocking up graphic designs. It's so quick and flexible. You have colours, basic shapes and icons available to put together ideas.
