Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I started using Miro back in 2020 when the world went into lock down. As an Agile Coach and facilitator, Miro was a god send. It meant that I was able to continue supporting the teams I was working with with an exceptional collaboration tool that allowed us to work closely and maintain connection. I have never looked back. It has become a tool that I use on a daily basis. I highly recommend Miro to any person or organisation that needs an online, virtual tool to maximise collaboration. I honestly will never go back and continue to tell everyone about it when I get the chance.

I have used Miro for numerous workshops and virtual conversations. It has allowed me to seamlessly make virtual and hybrid environments easy and inclusive.
  • A shared collaborative space that is live and user friendly
  • I love the infinite whiteboard. I also love that I can put a frame around a workspace and send just that section out to a group and pull people to me if they get lost of the board.
  • Voting function and timer are brilliant
  • Love being able to use templates, share templates across the Miro community.
  • So easy to use!
  • Being able to connect your own music (spotify perhaps) to the music option with timer.
  • The voting function can be a bit unpredictable. Doesn't always work as intended and different people get different results on the same outcome. It can be a bit weird.
  • Being able to have an anonymous function so you can do safety checks would be useful.
  • Made the fact that our OKRs were not laddering up to Strategy. I was able to build a visual that clearly made this transparent and run an collaborate workshop with a global leadership team at the same time.
  • Was able to illustrate the challenges of having too may WIP and how it was slowing the work down.
  • Allows for our teams to work remotely and in the office and continue to stay connected in real time
Have run lots of team kick off and inceptions. I was also able to run a Google Sprint on Miro which is usually a massive amount of prep but on Miro it was easy!

Yes

I have used a number of different collaboration tools, eg. jam board, Jira whiteboard, Confluence whiteboard, etc but Miro is easily the best collaboration tool. I use it daily in all types of interactions, workshops, brainstorms, mindmaps, planning, one on ones, etc. It is honestly brilliant.
