Miro has been a game changer for us in this world that has quickly shifted in regards to technology’s We leverage Miro’s platform to track new hires, monitor their growth and identify any areas that lack visbility or accountability. It has greatly improved our retention percentages and allowed us to improve in areas where we’re deficient!

Miro’s online whiteboard has greatly improved our organization’s ability to collaborate by providing a platform and foundation to track new hires, visibility for onboarding issues and/or deficiencies, and has given us the information to know when and where we can implement specific improvements individually and collectively before, during and after the training process.
