Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We primarily use Miro during our company-wide All-Hands meetings because it's the best software we've found to handle many creative minds in one central location. Collaboration is essential during these monthly meetings, and previously, we had no way to come together to share our thoughts and designs without teaching complicated software.

Pros

  • Collaboration
  • Visualization
  • Smooth experience.

Cons

  • Better UI/UX.
  • More templates.
  • Integration with software such as Figma or Adobe CC.
  • Improved collaboration.
  • Easy to use by all members of the team, not just creative.
  • Aids in visualization for non-creative members of the team.
The whiteboard function has wholly improved our all-hands meetings by allowing all members to visualize concepts and ideas they may have struggled with. Now, non-creative members can feel like they are a part of the process and add their thoughts and ideas differently.
We love Milanote for our design team, and it is unmatched for creative reviews. Still, Miro takes the cake for team collaboration during the ideas/wireframing stages, especially for non-creative team members. Milanote lacks a lot of the functionality that Miro provides.

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is great if your group needs to collaborate in the ideas stage. It's also great for group exercises and training. However, I would not use Miro for everyday workflows or workshare.
