Miro is a must have for Requirements Gathering
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I have used Miro on several projects to create a wholistic view into requirements, User Stories, Business Processes, project scope and project timelines. Miro allows us to have one place where we can access all the diagrams, flows, and tables and not only store these details but also present and share with all the members of our projects
Pros
- Navigate user journeys
- collect business requirements
- Collaborate with team members
- One place to present everything project related
Cons
- I spend a lot of time trying to align shapes and boxes. I wish there was an easier way to align shapes
- When I put shapes inside of containers the alignment doesn't work as well
- I wish there was a way to create a slideshow of views of the board so when presenting I can hit play and go through the different views like a slide presentation
- speed to complete projects
- Less errors on requirements
- better user adoption
I has had a huge impact and we use it for all of our projects to ensure we have input and collaboration from all team members. I like how we can control who sees each of the boards and how adding people to our project team allows them to see our boards without having to add them to each board
Miro works well with each of these other apps but we use these other apps to fill the gaps that Miro doesn't currently fill.
