Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro for collaboration work. The best part is that is can be continuous for projects that run over weeks and months. We really use it for problem solving. The templates give you new ways to look at setting the stage for the outcome you are looking for. It is really helpful for hybrid meeting or asynchronous work.
Pros
- Easy to use for most
- uses frames to create a slide show
- allows for collaboration between different functions
- tool to use virtually
Cons
- copying parts of the board without duplicating the whole thing
- moving work from Miro to whiteboard
- copying paper post its into the board,
- The time box ability improves productivity
- ppl can view the board (agenda) and start filling things out prior to the meeting. that is super helpful
We like to send a prepared Miro board out in the invite and it allows ppl to view the board and get in the right mindset for the meeting. then the collaboration parts sooner
Miro is great but and has its own value aside from the other tools used
