Overall Satisfaction with Miro
As a business we use Miro to help us plan and execute all important projects. We use the tool to lay out expectations and responsibilities, track any blockers or issues, and keep track of overall progress. We also use Miro to lay out and track our goals and objectives. The simple UI allows us to easily update and follow goal progress over time.
Pros
- Easy to learn and use
- Has simple but effective design features
- Allows multiple team members to use it simultaneously, encouraging collaboration
Cons
- It could be contain more visually striking elements to help areas stand out more.
- More interactive features like tick boxes, progress markers etc.
- Add more charts, maps etc. to allow for more analytical use cases.
- Our project planning time has been greatly reduced
- We've the completion of projects happening far quicker than before
- Roles and responsibilities have been far clearer since using Miro. Before, projects would fall onto one or two sets of shoulders, but now we're able to define roles better and be more efficient
Miro has allowed our business to define the project's roles and expectations clearly, easily identify the aims of the project, and succinctly map out the full timeline. This has been particularly impactful for larger, cross-department projects, as it can be hard to track these things with so many people involved.
