Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Creating customer journey maps for new features or products. Using Miro allows stakeholders and the Product team to be on the same page for missing gaps in the customer journey and to acknowledge requests or input from the stakeholders.

Pros

  • Flexibility in design
  • Proposing various templates
  • Clean, simple look when building or interacting with screens

Cons

  • I can't really think of any. It really has met our business needs.
  • Keeps everyone on the same page vs multiple products
  • Allows for async conversations with notes and edits vs. multiple meetings so input can be given.
None. Again, it's been a great tool for our company.
It's worked really well for our company, and for our new Product folks it has been a helpful took as they onboard into the industry.
Greatly. We have remote workers and teams in different parts of the US. Miro has allowed for more async conversations and less face-to-face meetings.

Definitely well suited for customer journey mapping and event storming in my opinion. We've used it mostly for these situations.
