Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Miro to visualize what I preach. Miro is the most professional and EASIEST tool to visualize forecasts, create hierarchies, and build out product roadmaps.

Miro allows me to provide a clean, professional roadmap for my clients. Most businesses still create these types of documents in the Office suite and are outdated.

Cons

Zoom navigation starts to increase in large increments (20+% per scroll) once you get close to 200%. Would be helpful to not increase more than about 10% because it doesn't always allow me to maximize my screen due to the larger incremental increases.

Return on Investment

The ROI I've received from Miro is 60,000%+ from ONE client alone. The Roadmap and Forecast boards (Miro templates that were barely tweaked) were huge selling points for my client!

Collaboration

I have not utilized this whiteboard feature yet. I will check this feature out in the coming weeks as this can be extremely useful for my remote business partners.

Miro is good to create quick forecasts and templates for prospects and clients. It allows me to quickly create a Roadmap to sell to a client to address their concerns with a measured timeline attached to the roadmap. It also provides Visual learners a great way to learn both via listening and watching.
