Overall Satisfaction with Miro
my product, design, and dev teams use Miro for all things product... we brainstorm, conduct retros, define swimlanes, create schematics for architecture and workflows... we even have a nice graveyard with tombstones for things we have happily deprecated. in other words, we are heavily embedded in all things Miro when it comes to our daily operations.
Pros
- templates
- getting started as a beginner is easy - training is quick
- very large canvas - workspace
Cons
- the time to load a board can be frustrating especially for large boards with lots of content like the ones i access
- more stickers and emojis! what about the ability to add custom emojis for the company workspace much like Slack offers?
- i am in a large workspace and i would like a way to easily manage and view the boards for just my products so i can find what i need quickly! something like a grouping, folder
- improved productivity
- single source of truth for projects
- diversity of object types that can be added means we can add everything in one place
- post it to jira shaves time off creating tickets
I manage a global product and work with teams all over the world. Miro allows me to work with teams asynchronously and successfully. It also allows my team to have a single source of truth for the projects we are working on.
