Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro for product development and design. It is an essential tool for our organization, covering all our concepts to production needs. Miro helps keep all our projects organized. I use Miro daily as part of my work internally and communicate product ideas with customer Miro boards.

Pros

  • Project management.
  • Tools and plugins.
  • Notifications and communication.

Cons

  • Hold more capacity without lagging.
  • Ability to backtrack on a replaced image, which happens often by mistake when an image is pasted over another image.
  • Ability to open other boards and pop up a new window without having to close the current board or open a new window.
  • Miro improved efficiency.
  • Miro allows us to work remotely in different locations with an easy-to-use app and review designs and details.
I love the integration with teams. It makes receiving updates easy to manage when you are tagged or redoing alerts on many boards. I’m still exploring other integrations.
Many team members are from different countries and time zones, so Miro dramatically helps. Project collab in Miro is seamless and allows all CFTs to join in and work on the boards simultaneously or at different times.
We moved over to Miro to match the service they are using. They are both unique and different and special.

Miro is very well suited for project management and is a useful tool for mapping processes and procedures and brainstorming ideas. The countless plugins and tools in Miro provide me with so many options, helping me expand my knowledge and enhance my process roadmaps. It is my go-to app when I want to draft a new procedure to improve CFT communication.
