Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro i have been using as kanban board. For Sprint planning, maintaining sprint backlogs, and for Sprint task tracking to my team. It is allowing me to collaborate within the team effectively. I am planning to use it for other activities also slowly incorporating in the team process. Slowly i will be incorporating in other Squad as well.

Pros

  • Allowing to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Brainstorming with teams
  • Project management
  • Facilitate visual and engaging learning

Cons

  • Keep track of the history
  • On the board it should show us who has made the changes
  • Currently if someone deleted the item i am unable to easily get to know who has done actually.
  • positive: easy to track the CR status and stage during scrum meetings
  • negative: looking for more excel features for better visualization
