Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to plan our work and to map out customer and employee journeys. We gather all the quotes from customer and employee interviews on the board and structure them into the journeys. We also host online sessions by using Miro, for example for brainstorms to come up with improvement ideas in the journeys we mapped.
Pros
- Making interactivity in sessions possible - dot voting etc
- Being able to structure large amounts of qualitative data in an attractive way
- Colleborate with team mates in one board
Cons
- In a shape you can't format the text (e.g. bullets), only when you have a text box you can do this
- heavy boards could be a bit slow loading
- you can't do find and replace all, if you have a word that should be replaced
- Improved productivity
- Improved visualisations
- Happier customers
We are a team with 6 people, all working from home in 2 countries. For us it's is great that we can so easily work together on the same board. It helps us to be aligned and to create great things together. We couldn't live without Miro anymore I think.
