Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for almost everything, from ideating to documenting it combines many capabilities that we would need several other software for in order to do the same work. In the CRM team specifically, we use Miro to document our automations in a way that makes it easy to have a macro picture across all lifecycle stages, but different stakeholders can also access and read the details of each message.

Pros

  • Combine image and text for presentation
  • Collaborative work
  • Searchable content
  • Quality graphics

Cons

  • Linking frames and boards, so we can connect them and update content in only one place
  • Connect with Google apps like Sheets
  • Reduced planning time, documentation is done during planning
  • Reduced software expense
  • Made collaboration between multiple departments possible
I didn't participate
Yes! We are fully remote and many sessions have been run solely in Miro. It has many different tools that made different session possible, like brainstorming, impact evaluation and documenting.
Miro has a bigger range of functionality and the graphics look much better.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is really flexible, so I've used it and see its potential for different types of work and teams. Version control, brainstorming and ideation are really good examples of how Miro has helped me in the past. For planning like building a Gantt chart, following up on the completion of a task over time and anything that could have a timeframe it hasn't worked for me properly, because the graphs are static.
