Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are all remote works and our main goal with Miro is to collaborate all together, for various purposes: we do alignments, run product rituals like retros and road map planning, it serves as source of truth for process and user flows and also as for workshops with many different goals.

Pros

  • Serves as canvas for many different types of collaboration
  • Provide tools that help us kick start whatever we want
  • Keeps up to date to trends that are aligned with the user needs, such as AI

Cons

  • Flexibility for shapes and forms, like radius rounded corners
  • I love video notes, but I would also like more flexibility, like start when user clicks on a frame for example
  • For some reason I have to make everything big to make it nice, specially because the thickness of the connectors are funky
  • Allows us to collaborate without having an office
  • Save us money on trips
  • Save us time
It's great but it misses some stuff, like rendering designs from Figma could be smoother and also their sheets integration is flawed. I guess that's all I can comment now to be honest as these are the only integrations that I feel I use, I integrate Miro with Confluence and it works great!
Miro has significantly improver our organization's ability to collaborate on new projects, especially with remote teams. It enables real-time collaboration allowing everyone to contribute simultaneously, which enhances productivity. The visual tools help in brainstorming, mapping ideas, and organizing workflows, making project planning more efficient and aligned across teams in different locations.
