Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to plan our projects, e.g. timelines and delivery. This can sometimes be shared with clients, but usually a workspace internally.
We also use Miro to help visualise certain material during customer interviews and workshops. Sticky notes are our company's best friend!

Pros
- Has emojis, stickers and GIFs staff can use to lighten the conversation.
- Creativity is endless! People can create boards depending on their needs.
- There are many templates to choose from, if we are struggling for time. Personal templates are always great to use as a starting point.
Cons
- It can sometimes freeze depending on the size of the working board.
- There should be a cheat sheet for first-time users, e.g. if we are wanting to use Miro with participants that are not so tech-savvy.
- Improved productivity - 100%
We are a remote-based organisation so having this resource benefits us amazingly.
