Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro with a few different teams / purposes.
Our main users are part of our Business Development members, which includes our CEO and product managers, CTO and a Senior Engineer.

Then for individual boards we invite our developers to contribute on a occasion as well as external customers when we need their output.
We do wireframing, workflows, brainstorming and many other things there.
Story maps, customer journey maps etc.

Miro is absolutely perfect tool for collaboration and keeping stakeholders informed.

Pros

  • Easy collaboration, on-site and remote
  • Walking through a story map for developers before a meeting
  • Presentations
  • Wireframes
  • many others!

Cons

  • Better presentation with AI-creation
  • More integration with Jira, live kanban?
  • Dark mode
  • Better alignment within teams
  • Better project control
  • One more tool which is a negative
Extremely simple.
Ready to use plugins.

If there are some APIs, those we have not used.
Feels like im slightly saying the same things over and over.

Simply put.
Collaboration is easier and simpler.
And especially focusing on user needs is way easier, since even protos can be showed to customer and also let them contribute efficiently.
On-site or remote.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Basically the same as before.
Going through a new product / feature for your team.
Keeping stakeholders informed with a video of you going through a board.

Maybe clearer texts, by this I mean post-its are fairly limited and I'd like to see better blocks with more blocks for text.
This might be my poor usage though.
