Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro as the main tool for diagramming workflows and product flows so that way we have improved the quality of our technical documentation.
In the past my team relied on free tools so every member had different products and accounts so not having a central diagramming repository it was not ideal even in terms of collaboration. I used Miro in other companies and I believe is one of the most simpler and quicker tools for producing diagrams and collaborating with other team members.

Pros
- Creating organizational charts
- Creating flow diagrams
- Creating good looking diagrams
Cons
- Having the ability to create custom components (for instance, org chart diagrams have "cards" with data like "team", "location" so it will be very helpful to create a custom card that has other data fields or also being able to re-use other components).
- In org chart diagrams, it's confusing adding 2 childs elements. Depending on how is done (not clear to me) sometimes the 2 childs are in a row (vertically) and others they are placed at the same level under the parent. To me this is very confusing, I'm still don't know how it works and did it by trial and error.
- The ability to autoarrange elements will be very helpful (if currently exists a way to do it, I didn't find it)
- Improved productivity (reducing meetings, explanations)
- Helps to document projects better
At present we haven't used whiteboards
