Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use them to map our customer/brand journeys, create brand mood boards, map out our marketing initiatives and collaborate to identify Ui/UX opportunities. Main Business problems we solve are related to understanding our customer and mapping the understanding of our customer as well as the constructing and mapping our brand engagement.

Pros

  • Templates that are intuitive
  • Collaboration with team members
  • Copy/paste images

Cons

  • Not intuitive at first on how to create frames
  • Suggested Miro templates for certain use cases
  • Auto-organization capabilities
  • It has definitely improved the productivity
  • Has not reduced project time because you end up spending about the same amount of time or more
  • It is really good for collaboration
Miro's impact our organization's ability to collaborate a new projects by enabling many ideas to simultaneously appear next to each other on a board in order to connect the dots. It has also helped us create living documents that help us track innovation and ideas across time and global locations.
Mural is less popular I'm on the team that I work with in the past that's in my consulting business, they seem the same to me but Mero is easier to use for beginners I believe and it's easier for small business use as well.

Miro is very well suited for internal game planning and mapping of research from a customer insight's perspective as well as aligning team members on marketing efforts and mapping out goals and initiatives. It is not suited for deliverables or any sort of content that you would want to deliver as an end product for a report.
