Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We mainly use Miro for Production planning and organization. But also to establish working and test plans within different teams. For my team, we mainly use it to give an overview of everyone's tasks and what we need to verify on latest versions of the game!
  • The freedom of making each boards unique and fit everyone's needs.
  • Can be updated in real time by several people in the same time.
  • Can be locked or open for data protection.
  • I would say that the UI at the beginning is kinda overwhelming and a forced tutorial would be good to have.
  • Miro is helping us in productivity in task tracking.
  • It's helping to share visibility for lot of informations amongst the whole team.
  • Avoid spamming mail with a single place with updated informations.
Not much, everything is quite good for me.
Because I'm quite satisfied with the work done on the implementation but nothing specific to share.
This functionnality is one of the most appreciated for Miro's users here. It's giving us all the access to work at the same time and it gives visibility to the others and we are gaining in productivity with that.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Well, I've used Quip and Slack on previous project but as they are open source, they are less developed than Miro. Miro is having much more features that are very useful for project coordination. It's actually a complete tools gathering all the features of the tools that I've mentionned above. It's why it's working so great, it's because it's gathering everything wanted/needed for a project in a same place.
Well, in terms of who's doing what tasks in a team, having a shared board that can be updated in real-time with several people at the same time is super effective and allowed us to track the progress of the team's tasks with the pandemic. The thing is that everything has to be set manually and sometimes, we don't have time to fill it up.
