Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Great community area for running projects and being able to share info with the wider team. I encourage people to add their thoughts and questions to the board as I find this helps start the sharing process with other people.
AI tools are great and just keep improving. We're saving a lot of time by using Miro to help do PIRs and voting etc.
Every project I'm involved with, I'll have a Miro board set up for it, from process mapping, to actions and question areas, it's a great way to keep everything in one space for the team to refer back to.

Pros
- Process mapping that everyone can get involved with. Participation is key
- Using AI to help reduce the amount of time needed to document outcomes
- Being a community space that the team can have access to
Cons
- AI is constantly improving, it's only going to get better and I can't wait to see what comes next
- When doing text boxes, if there's a lot in there I find trying to format (bullets for example) can fail and give me a too much text message.
- When doing brainstorm exercises, Miro AI saves heaps of time by being able to document lots of information. This would have taken an hour plus to do manually
- Having the Miro team come into the business and run training courses so we have more people upskilled has great benefits
- Having a workspace where I can link to specific frames etc has made it much easier to share info and direct the right people to the parts of the board I need input on.
- Using things like qr stickies which are anonymous, I've noticed more input on boards where we're asking for feedback. People feel they can contribute and be heard.
It's been used with external businesses as a presentation tool as well as a whiteboard collaboration area. Being able to easily switch between the two uses is great
Miro seems to do so much more than the other apps, makes it way easier and intuitive to use. It can be as simple or complex as I need it to be.
