Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I am a UX Designer with a tech company and we use Miro for many things: ideation, running workshops, planning our work and sprints, and analyzing research data. It functions as a way for our team to organize thoughts and keep collaborative documents that can be updated as needed. We also often use it for internal workshops and activities for team-building purposes.
Pros
- Collaborative sketching/ideation
- Flow charts
- Tracking progress on projects
Cons
- I wish the sketching tools were more robust, instead of just simple lines and shapes
- Board organization - I wish we could group things into our personal folders/tag things to better organize them within the file management system
- Load time is sometimes long and I often have to reload pages due to lagging and issues loading
- Improved relationship and connection between team members
- Faster turnaround time for research projects
- Clearer reference documents for past projects
We are a fully remote team with employees all over the world. Miro allows us to collaborate in real time rather than having to pass things off to each party. However, it can be hard to track changes and the interface doesn't always make it easy to see who is doing what in the Miro board in real time
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Not sure

Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
