My experience with Miro
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
1) Workload management. I use Miro to manage the work of my team. Miro has very handy scrum boards that allow you to see who is doing what and to see our workload and productivity. 2) Root cause analysis. We also have separate boards for conducting and visualizing incident investigations. Miro boards are very convenient for root cause analysis. 3) Training tool. I visualized an investigation using root cause analysis of the Titanic wreck and used it for training purposes. Miro boards allow for cool interactive training sessions.
Pros
- The scrum board allows you to see in detail who is doing what and how much time they plan to spend. My team can also see what I am doing.
- Sticky visualization when investigating root causes is unparalleled. i connect remote teams to investigate together. This is very convenient. investigation results can be exported to PDF and distributed to interested parties. In addition, if the investigation requires translation into another language, it is not a problem. stickers are translated instantly.
- Peace boards add interactivity to training, it engages workers and the training is more effective.
- I made a visualization of my development strategy. It's pretty good, too.
Cons
- I often miss the function of saving stickers in a certain position. I would like it to be possible to return stickers to the position they were in before they were moved several times.
- team productivity increased
- thanks in part to Miro, my team is considered one of the most advanced in mastering new digital tools.
- the quality of incident analysis has improved
the collaboration with team members in 11 locations across the country has improved dramatically.
