Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used every day. Main usage is for documenting and visualisation of business requirements into technical and non technical flow charts or diagrams and mapping of ideas and problems from business and stakeholders. Team and project mind mapping and process flow documentation.

Pros

  • Easy drag and drop builder for flow diagrams
  • Sharing and collobaration
  • Instant access and autosaving

Cons

  • Zooming functionality is difficult to stay in control of, every board we use seems to have completely different sized features and text. Not sure why
  • It's our go to tool for mapping all our requirements
  • It's our go to tool for mapping all our solutions and designs in IT
I don't think I have encountered any strange behaviour or bugs and it's very user friendly. I don't recall ever not knowing how to use the tool or work out how to do something.
It's essential to have a shared workspace for us working in IT systems.

Where most staff work remotely or hybrid, having single documents and boards in places we can easily collaborate and share on is vital for us. We then have a single place/ tool where all our designs and solution docs can live.
We mainly use Slack but it lacks any visualisation tools so we use them in conjunction

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

As a project design lead, it's very useful for mapping out solutions and presenting them to both technical and non technical audiences.

We are always using it and usually multiple people use the same boards to map out current and new/changes to business processes when implementing new integrations or automation into Salesforce specifically.
