Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I work for a membership organisation. We use Miro to map out member journey and propositions, to see where these can be developed to improve the membership journey for members across different classes and grades.
Miro makes it easy to visualise the current journey, review touchpoint communications and identify areas of development.

Pros
- visual elements
- easy to adapt and move things around in an agile way
- easy to get the hang of - don't need to be creative to use it well
Cons
- sometimes it's easy to delete or move things by accident
- can get confused switching from laptop to desktop with monitor
- text functionality isn't amazing, sometimes you can't separate things out into paragraphs etc
- no hard numbers unfortunately, it's just been a helpful tool for the team

Very easy to use when colleagues are working from home as maps are updated in real time, easy to share etc.
