Loved it!
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro was exactly what I was looking for, a simple way to diagram and put thoughts to paper (screen). It helps organize concepts with ease. I was evaluating it against our other teams using LucidChart and as a developer - Miro was far better suited for my needs with fewer tools that are geared towards other teams. It made it far easier for my teammates to interact with and has a better UI overall. Also, if you ever noticed increased lag while using interactive UI apps like LucidChart, this does not happen with Miro. I don't know how they did it but it works
Pros
- Intuitive UI - team members can contribute quickly without much onboarding time
- Performant - the browser doesn't crash like with LucidChart
- Collaboration - easy to share between team members
- Comprehensive - has all of the tools necessary to communicate complex eng architectures
Cons
- None I came across while evaluating the functionality. Perhaps the third party extensions/collections are less extensive as competitors but that's arguably helpful
- Ease of use
- Performance
Yes, it is very easy to bring internal and external stakeholders to the same diagram to collaborate
