Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Creating diagrams for slide decks, collaboratively brainstorming new features for our product, and mood board/inspiration for UI development. We are using it mainly for product development.

Pros

  • Post-it notes are fun and easy to use.
  • Templates
  • Collaborative tools.
  • Word maps are cool.

Cons

  • It is easier to access more templates or suggest templates.
  • Hard to work with word maps sometimes.
  • Improve productivity.
  • Able to visualize concepts for slide decks, grants, and presentations.
It has made it entirely possible for our startup to collaborate visually. Otherwise, we'd be stuck working on some Google Docs that are not meant for whiteboarding. Miro is essential to our workflow.
I like Miro's UI better than Whimsical.

It works well for remote companies and teams trying to use a virtual whiteboard. My team is remote, and we use it all the time for ideation, diagramming, and getting people's feedback.
