Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to create process maps to document the steps for various processes done in our office.

Pros

  • It is easy to add different nodes as things need to be added.
  • Being able to reformat the layout in one click.
  • I use the templates all the time.

Cons

  • I don't like that all boards that are opened show up in the home screen.
  • Helped capture and document routine processes.
  • I have created a single source of truth for information that has historically lived in multiple places and was challenging to find.
  • Have given a single location to direct people to when asking questions.
It has helped establish a place for information to go and be found.
I very much prefer Miro over the ClickUp whiteboard tool. It is easy to use, and in ClickUp, I spend so much time just trying to format individual nodes.

Yes

Miro is very intuitive and user-friendly, which made the transition smooth for the first time. I never felt like I had to spend much time learning how to use the platform and could focus on the process maps I was there to build. There are also so many great templates if you need a little inspiration.
