Today we use for team collaboration in product planning cycle and roadmap, evaluation of skills and team capacity per task assignment, product discovery interviews mapping, brainstorming and ideas elaboration, group dynamics, evaluation of opportunities, user stories mapping, wireframes, prototypes, problems analysis, jobs to be done mapping, study personas
Pros
- Collaboration, the fact that we can group a team and work toghether
- Sharing ideas, its easy to elaborate a flow and share with others stakeholders
- Management of multiple boards and groups, its good to be able to organized per squads, companies or context
Cons
- Optimization, sometimes when there are too many cards or images, or people interacting the board is heavy to load or navigate
- education for best practices using Miro
- Improved communication
- Documentation of initiatives
- Productivity
Every week at least I have 8 product teams working in collaboration with product managers, product designers and developers for better understanding the problems, tasks, behaviors and bets on development
