Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for many different items and workshops. I am a product owner and use it for PI planning, brainstorming with stakeholders, and feature prioritization. I love that its easy to use and you can collaborate with many individuals. The new AI tool has been great for summarizing process maps I have created, SWOT analysis, and easily able to have trends.

I think its pretty easy to use but i did only put a 9 because some of the folks do not

I believe that it has. We were reviewing our whole HR department and being able to process map / copy paste and break the process map down to workshop with ease was great.

Likelihood to Recommend

PI planning, Collaboration workshops, and visuals.

Being able to take one thing and export as a pdf easily. There are often times I have to use LUcidchart because of this and how it is able to store "smaller items instead of one big thing. If there was a process map template and not a large space but a page that can expand and export as a pdf that would come in handy.
