Overall Satisfaction with Miro
My team and I use Miro for a few different purposes: as a project idea
board, a Kanban, and as a primary compilation of all project information references.
Through this,
we as a team are able to work together to discuss future ideas,
develop them, and organize who will take care of each item
and what timeline will occur. It has helped us tackle the
problem of a communal idea board that supports image and chart sharing
that we can then organize into a workflow all in the same space. In my
experience, it's a great platform for small to medium-scope projects.

Pros
- Group Brainstorming.
- Organization
- Dependency Communication.
- Information Compilation.
- Media Presentation.
Cons
- Miro can be difficult to navigate on larger boards.
- Miro has lag issues once a certain number of people are on a board.
- Miro is missing a bookmark function.
- Improved productivity.
- Improved communication of feature details.
- Reduced time overhead for Kanban communication.
It is the reason we have been successfully able to work together remotely from all over the world. It has enabled us to communicate new storyboards, UI elements, and features from the United States, Brazil, and Turkey coasts. It even allowed us to visualize and communicate tasks and their status remotely.
