Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use it in multiple ways, such as workshops for my university class, summarizing books, and developing new frameworks. There are no issues with using it, but if possible, I want you to integrate AI. For example, connecting with ChatGPT and visualizing the contents that are generated in it. Miro's specialty, I feel, is visualizing and wide board. However, it takes a long time to summarize or develop some frameworks. I want to make it shorten.
Pros
- Visualizing easily.
- Wider board.
- There are many kinds of templates.
Cons
- Increase the number of shapes without paying.
- The function of summarizing with AI.
- Make it easier to export.
- Visualizing makes it easier to understand.
- Facilitate collaboration with multiple institutions.
- Shorten time to check the outputs.
It is quite useful to check the progress of the assignments that I set for students or participants of workshops. It can check every group at the same time. However, we didn't use it with our colleges or partner companies since we couldn't come up with any idea to leverage for inside collaborations.
Google jam board has already been abandoned, so it's not a competitive product with Miro. But I don't know of another service like it; if I had to share something, I choose Google Slides, but it is more expensive than Miro, so I probably have no opportunities to compare it with Miro.
