Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro for design thinking workshops with both colleagues and customers in an offsite and onsite environment. It’s extremely useful when we are trying to identify use cases, problem statements, personas, and opps without encouraging the group thinking mentality. Also, Miro offers an extremely intuitive UX, unlike some of its competitors
Pros
- The ability to easy drag/drop, edit, and write on any text box or posits
- The out of box templates are abundant and extremely useful
- The AI assistant is a game changer and really expedites the design thinking process
Cons
- It would be cool to upload certain documents types and have them easily editable on Miro
- Encouraged individual participants to participate
- Discouraged group think and helped generate more effective ideas
Not my org per se but more my group that is in constant collaboration mode with both internal and external stakeholders.
Lucidchart is extremely finicky and is not easy to run remote sessions on. It’s extremely cumbersome to use and very click heavy
furthermore the templates are redundant and don’t help that much
