Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is an awesome online whiteboard that's perfect for brainstorming and collaborating with teams. You can easily share ideas, sketch out designs, and work together in real-time, no matter where everyone is located. Not only is it user-friendly, but it also has tons of features to facilitate the "sparking" of ideas across teammates.
We use Miro primarily to help scope out work that needs to be done so that all teams have the visibility they need to plan future deliverables.

Pros
- Real Time Collaboration
- Flow Diagramming Capabilities
- Many Different Templates to Help with Project Management
Cons
- I've encountered (very rarely) times where my changes were not properly synced to the cloud, resulting in some lost work. I think the experience around communicating that they are "changes to be synced" could be more prominent
- Creation and formatting of table (multiple column/row) width could be improved.
- Improved productivity
- Better communication across team members
Without Miro, there's really no easy way to collaborate with team members in real time. Especially during the ideation phase where you need a significant amount of communication between everyone to ensure that all team members on on the same page.
