Supercharging collaboration with Miro.
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
In our organization, we use Miro for various whiteboarding tasks. While our sales team uses it for brainstorming, the product development team uses it for mapping the workflow/process flows using roadmaps and documents, and management uses it for prioritizing tasks. Miro now exceeds its competitors, offering a significantly wider range of features and great collaboration tools.
Pros
- Collaboration tools.
- Process mapping and documenting.
- Visual roadmaps.
Cons
- Explainer diagrams are much easier to create in other tools.
- Search capabilities could be improved.
- Steeper learning curve.
- Streamlining project efficiency by double-digit percentages.
- Faster decision-making process.
- We can create many more ideas using Miro's collaborative tools when brainstorming.
Miro has significantly improved user collaboration with remote office workers and offices worldwide (we have over 400+ offices in 60+ countries). Miro has sped up our brainstorming processes, improved engagement, and tremendously streamlined the roadmapping/process mapping process. All project-related visuals are in one space, accessible by everyone, making it transparent and easy to use for various people.
Excalidraw is straightforward to use for basic, hand-drawn sketches, but it lacks some of Miro's capabilities. Miro is superior for more intricate projects requiring a more significant number of collaboration options. FigJam is not as effective for non-design jobs, but it works well with Figma. Miro offers additional tools, integrations, and templates for collaborating with various teams. Although Mural and Miro are similar, I thought Miro's interface was more user-friendly and adaptable. Miro is better suited to our needs because it can link to more tools. I selected Miro because it is feature-rich and adaptable to various tasks, making it simple for our team to work together on multiple projects.
