Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to roadmap automations, monthly calendars, and email/sms approvals, as well as meeting notes and ideas for future work. It's been incredibly helpful to work with clients and show them every step of the process, to get feedback, and build the final product that they want before we send it out. This eliminates the back and forth via email, approvals getting lost in inboxes, and keeps our feedback organized since we can keep it all in one place and get comments on the exact areas we want to fix or keep as is. It's also been very helpful in laying out multi-step operations to show the flow of what our consumers will see.

Pros

  • Roadmap our journeys for automations to see the exact flow of operations.
  • Allow to see full visuals of templates so you can view them in entirety and not slices.
  • Organizes feedback in a way that keeps things concise and pinpoints them.
  • Allows for a neatly laid out monthly calendar with detailed and high-level views

Cons

  • Emojies - I can't use any when I'm typing into a text block. I use them a lot with client work and it's a small thing that would be helpful!
  • Other than that, Miro accomplishes everything I need it to
  • It's reduced client communication complications
  • It's improved accountability and being able to look at interactions/work in a historical view
  • Improved my productivity in a client-facing role
  • reduced inbox clutter and confusion
  • I don't have hard numbers to show how it's helped business other than that it's streamlined a ton o f processes
It's super easy to set up and get going. Also very easy to show others how to use.
It makes things way easier to show clients who may not be tech savvy and allows them to get an inside look at how our agency is helping them and the projects we're working on. It takes all the guess work out for clients and give them a first hand look in how we're excelling their business.

It's been incredible as an email marketing specialist. As far as template layout, looking at a calendar on a monthly bases, flow setups, form reviews, and meeting notes, it's been very well suited. There really hasn't been a time that it hasn't been helpful with my client interface.
