Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is used in our organisation for client profiles. We collate the goals, interests, assets, and relationships of each of our clients in a presentable format. These mind map depictions of the client's situation are displayed and updated with the client in each meeting to provide a holistic view of their situation.
Pros
- Ability to move each branch around.
- Breadth of functionality.
- Organisation.
Cons
- Would be nice to customise the lines without pressing on the tab itself.
- The amount of space in a worksheet can be a bit overwhelming; perhaps consider offering different versions—one where you can have endless space, one where you're a little more restricted.
- Wish you could set the whole background as white.
- Frame functionality a little confusing.
- Costs are cheap, we are using the free plan and get access to lots of functionality.
- Improves the ability to present ideas to clients.
- Improves efficiency of collating and navigating ideas.
Miro's ability to unite teams of remote workers has significantly enhanced the collaboration on projects when using Miro. As a team with staff working from various locations, such as home or different offices, Miro's ability to collaborate from multiple locations enables us to work together productively and efficiently.
When comparing Miro to other mind mapping tools, such as Xmind, key factors that make Miro stand out include its ability to convey and display thoughts in an exponential and creative way. The ability to use sticky notes, mindmaps, and create different workspaces, and to collate ideas significantly highlights the breadth of its functionality.
