Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro for a lot of different things. To organize demos, for Project planning, to whiteboard challenging stories with the dev team, for team collaboration during meetings, to sketch ideas or quick efforts and for all my Scrum Master ceremonies like retrospectives, daily stand ups, Sprint reviews and some times for backlog refinement.
Pros
- you can copy paste anything on the board
- user friendly
- navigating through the board is very simple
- JIRA integration
Cons
- more retrospective templates
- maybe a rotation of templates every quarter
- improve JIRA features
- Improved project cycle time
- Retrospectives can be very fun
- great for having a clear picture about the status of a project
- useful templates to develop better your needs
Miro is one of the main tools that I use to improve collaboration within my teams, it is very user friendly and once the user is used to it they can be creative and make working sessions or retrospectives fun and enjoyable. Apart from using it for project work items you can use it also to have fun or run different dynamics with your teams.
Some of those do not allow to add images or videos or struggle handling links or simply they don't load youtube videos for example. Some of those you can not add GIFs or have trouble while handling files. With Miro all these work as expected its compatibility with different files and extensions formats is amazing
