Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to create design workflows and process workflows. Also used to collobrate with other architects and analysts for creation of problem identification and solutioning knowledge base articles that can be further shared with our support teams as an exported document.
We have attempted to use Miro for detailed database design but due to lack of options to create ERD diagrams, we were not able to use it as much for detailed database designs.
We also use Miro for sprint planning and other agile concepts within a team.

Miro is great for colloborative brain storming. When a team has to plan or forecast tasks upfront, miro allows everyone to collaborate and through ideas together quickly and then allow for a phased prioritization of tasks by easily and graphically moving tasks and showing them in a fashion that makes information quick to consume. Miro also allows to easily create mind maps and flowchats to expain complex workflows and process diagrams that allows transitioning of information easy and also helps retaining of that information easy, especially in a remote world
