Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to conduct Scrum ceremonies. Miro is very important to join remote teams in our software development processes.

Pros

  • Miro provides some important objects like post-its, frames, facilitation tools and also its templates.
  • It allows teams to collaborate in many meetings with an easy sharing process.

Cons

  • Some first access messages went to user junk e-mail folder. Please, could you to analyse why this is occuring.
  • It reduces costs with transportation of people.
Miro is simple to operate and effortless to use.
Post-it blocks are amazing...just click and drop is fantastic! But I love private mode and voting control!
We used to run retrospective meetings using Jira boards and Confluence pages, but It's difficult to interact because just one user can share the screen. The other users just share your ideias talking or typing on a chat.

Miro is very well suited in situations where people need to interact each other. For example, creating user stories, wireframing new idea or new product, creating a list of topics, subjects or ideas about many projects, designing a roadmap of deliverables, running engaging meetings for an agile team, controling program or project portfolio.
