Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro for different purposes: 1. Sketch wireframes, mock-ups for our digital tools, 2. Describe user journey 3. Preparation of brainstorming session 4. Retrospectives of development 5. Sharing Material with Talk Track 6. User Story Map 6. Showcase material for training purposes. Ultimately, we use mostly standard functionalities but in an extensive way. Our business problems are: 1. Let different people in various places visualize and work together on a board by adding comments, and quickly adapt. 2. Grant visibility on boards to externals if needed.
Pros
- The user experience (drag-and-drop of images, vectors, stickers, etc.) is super easy. Similar tools tried to copy this, but you have good testers, so we get fewer bugs.
- Innovative. I like how you push the community to learn together and join training opportunities.
- Flexibility. We can do almost everything in a board.
Cons
- Pricing. It seems upgrading to a different plan doesn't bring really better features.
- Synergies with tools like Jira/Confluence: embedding a Jira ticket is time-consuming.
- Efficiency.
- Team productivity.
- Higher quality in the outcomes.
- Project delivery.

We used to have an internal Microsoft Mind manager, but it´s definitely outdated, and the user experience is terrible. Therefore, I'm 100% for Miro.
