Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro from quarterly planning to co-creations and brainstorming sessions. Every quarter we use Miro as a tool to bring together the quarter's objectives and unfold them into technology initiatives. The boards are collaborative with the team and at the end, we hold a vote of confidence with the team regarding the planning. We also use it for sporadic needs, such as brainstorming sessions and co-creations.

Pros

  • Brainstorming collaborations
  • Voting
  • Organization

Cons

  • Have AI on shared boards
  • bring some onboarding easily for users
  • Planning that is frequently viewed by stakeholders and progress of activities, reduces meeting hours to provide visibility
  • Reducing planning time by using multiple tools to compile information
Miro's usability is very intuitive, although I use practically the same features on a daily basis.I can find what I need easily
Boards for plannings: Frames, diagramming, dot voting, collaboration e media are the most
Yes We used Mural for some years and now we use just Miro for everything envolving planning, colaboration, voting
Miro has been used instead of Mural due to some benefits:Functionalities that Mural did not provide, Usability too.
